Important Notes for Your Recovery
If this is your first visit, please take a moment to read the following information.
Our sessions support the body’s natural self-regulation process.
As your system begins to reorganize, certain temporary responses may occur.
The guidance below explains what you may experience
and how to best support your recovery after each session.
1|What You May Feel After a Session
Some temporary reactions may occur after a session, such as:
• A feeling of lightness
• Mild muscle soreness
• Sleepiness
• Changes in bowel movements
• A sense of emotional calm
These responses are normal signs that the body is adjusting and reorganizing.
2|First 24–48 Hours After the Session
After your session, please avoid:
• Heavy or intense exercise
• Long, hot baths
• Excessive alcohol consumption
• Aggressive or forceful stretching
Recommended activities include:
• Gentle walking
• Drinking warm or room-temperature water
• Slow, relaxed breathing
• Getting adequate rest and sleep
3|If Symptoms Return Temporarily
In some cases, symptoms may temporarily reappear.
This does not mean the session was unsuccessful.
With long-standing or chronic tension, it is common for the body
to go through a brief “rebound” phase before stabilizing.
4|Recommended Session Frequency
For chronic or long-term conditions,
sessions every 5–10 days are generally recommended at the beginning.
As your condition stabilizes,
the interval between sessions can be gradually extended.
5|Lifestyle Factors That Influence Recovery
Recovery is strongly influenced by daily habits, including:
Even small, consistent improvements in these areas
can support long-term recovery.
6|Use of Vitamins, Enzymes, and Nutritional Support
We do not provide medical treatment or prescribe supplements.
However, learning about safe nutritional support—such as vitamins,
enzymes, and minerals—can help promote overall balance
and support the body’s natural regulatory capacity.
