​Cancellation Policy for International Visitors

To ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality care, sessions for international visitors are conducted using a real-time translation device and require extended preparation, scheduling, and professional allocation.

For this reason, we kindly ask that you observe the following policy:

• Cancellation Deadline: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend without notice will be charged the full session fee.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for the next client. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply.

• Payment of Fees: Any applicable cancellation fees will be billed via an online invoice (payable by credit card).

 

This policy reflects the additional time, preparation, and professional responsibility required to provide treatment with real-time translation support.
